• Provide one-on-one support in hospitals, homes, residential care, or community settings

• Assist with daily routines, personal care, and goal setting

• Build trust and connection with clients and whānau

• Work within Māori and Pacific models of care

• Collaborate with a passionate, culturally responsive team

• Experience in health care and mental health support

• Understanding or lived experience of Māori or Pacific culture is a huge plus

• Reliable, compassionate, and respectful attitude

• Clean police check and valid NZ work rights

• Relevant qualifications are a bonus (but not always required—we can support you with your qualification enrolment)
